The Poison Highlands

We partner with our good friends Vahna Moto on this odyssey across British Columbia as we explore the best riding Canada has to offer along a carefully curated route that explores the Caribou and Chilcotin Regions of BC.

As the terrain turns to desert highlands and arid sandscapes you will quickly understand why this mountain range is infamously named Poison Mountain. Steeped in history and legends, we explore Mud Lakes, Gold Bridge and the Ghost Town of Bradian.

The Bralorne Mine operated from 1931 to 1970 when four million ounces of gold and 1.2 million ounces of silver were produced. Today only the haunted houses and grizzly bears remain.
